A resident of VA 28 for almost 20 years, Jason Ford understands the challenges facing individuals and families in the area. Jason works as a Center Manager at Rappahannock Goodwill, helping locals find access to training, education, and employment. As a 2020 Political Science graduate from the University of Mary Washington, Jason has always had a passion for helping others and has found fulfillment in seeing others succeed and grow.
If elected, Jason will be the youngest member of the Virginia Senate in almost 200 years. As a focused problem-solver, he relates to those feeling fatigue from the hyper-partisanship in today’s political environment and believes that communities are strengthened by friendships among those who disagree with each other.
